L&rsquo;\u00e9ducatrice sportive nous emm\u00e8ne faire du VTT au Lac du Salagou et dans d&rsquo;autres endroits. On aime faire cette activit\u00e9 avec elle. On rencontre d&rsquo;autres \u00e9quipes de VTT pendant le parcours. Il peut y avoir des parcours faciles, compliqu\u00e9s ou tr\u00e8s durs. Si on se concentre on y arrivera. L&rsquo;\u00e9ducatrice sportive nous dit d&rsquo;appuyer sur le rouge pour changer les vitesses en bas quand \u00e7a monte et bleu ou vert quand \u00e7a descend.
